Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Luxury Retail Sales Associate to join our team at our boutique in Yorkdale Shopping Centre, Toronto. This is an hourly-based position with bonus opportunities. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience, generating sales, and developing a loyal client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and personalized experience for each client.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain extensive knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and care instructions.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Generate sales through effective client persuasion, maintain a clean and organized sales floor, and contribute to floor moves and merchandising efforts.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and manage client books to foster long-term relationships and drive sales.
  • Operational Tasks: Accurately complete sales transactions, maintain proper cash and media accountabilities, and perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma (or GED) required, plus a degree in Fashion or related field, equivalent work experience, or education.
  • Experience: Three plus years of high-end retail, boutique, or sales experience.
  • Skills: Proficient in inventory management, customer sales, and merchandising, skilled in POS transactions, and familiar with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
