Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Coach, a leading design house of modern luxury accessories and lifestyle collections. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized service to customers, understanding their needs and preferences to make informed product recommendations.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively communicating product features, benefits, and promotions to customers.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on current collections, trends, and competitor activity.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, fostering teamwork and collaboration with colleagues and customers.
- Adhere to all retail policies and procedures, including POS, Operations, and Loss Prevention procedures.
- Participate in visual merchandising and housekeeping duties to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- 1-3 years of previous selling experience in a luxury retail service environment preferred.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills, and ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members, with mobility to maneuver the sales floor and stock room.
- Ability to frequently lift and carry up to five pounds and at times lift and carry product/cartons up to fifty pounds.
