We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Representative to join our team in the Greater Toronto East region. This role is crucial in representing our company and its values to customers.

The Technical Sales Representative will report directly to the Vice-President Sales & Service and work closely with all departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a business plan to achieve and exceed sales objectives
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations to prospective customers
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive business growth
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and future requirements
  • Negotiate terms and review sales proposals to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
  • Collaborate with the sales coordinator and other departments to respond to customer inquiries and expectations
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the sales team and achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience in a business-to-business environment
  • Knowledge of industrial air compressors or a related technical field
  • Valid driver's license
