About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Consultant - Order Promising to join our team at Infosys Limited. As a Lead Consultant, you will play a key role in anchoring different phases of engagements primarily related to Order Promising.

Key Responsibilities
  • Anchoring different phases of engagements primarily related to Order Promising.
  • Responsible for the techno-functional solution of Order Promising, requirements specifications, consulting on functionalities implemented, testing of BY OP/ESP, providing functional consultation on the application, integration, and reports of enterprise solutions for Order Promising.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 7 years of relevant Information Technology experience.
  • CANADA Citizens or those authorized to work in CANADA are encouraged to apply. We are not able to sponsor at this time.
  • Location for this position is Mississauga, Canada. This position may require travel to project/client location.
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in implementing/supporting BY Enterprise Supply Planning applications (Order Promising).
  • Experience in working as a functional liaison between Project Team and key customer executives and should have knowledge on Order Promising.
  • Knowledge of functional flow between ESP and OP and how the 2 modules interact with each other.
  • Ability to be part of the customer success team to implement and support the implementation of the project, and deep knowledge of industry best practices, with the ability to implement them working with multiple cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in conducting and leading functional design workshops with customers for Order Promising and support/participate in other discussions on BY ESP modules Master Planning, Capacity Planning, Allocation, Inventory Optimization.
  • Experience in driving OP design sessions with business and creating OP functional design documents.
  • Experience in working with developers/functional analysts to configure applications.
  • Experience in working with business to identify business scenarios for testing.
  • Experience in working with all levels of solution team in developing functional specifications, analysis of user needs, and testing.
  • Experience in contributing on BY OP personas and validating each requirement and design decision from the discovery workshop outcome.
