The role of the Quality Assurance Specialist in the pharmaceutical sector is pivotal at Q&C, emphasizing the application of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in project execution. This position necessitates a blend of independent initiative and teamwork, often within the pharmaceutical industry.

We are in search of seasoned consultants with a strong background in quality and compliance to tackle complex projects, including but not limited to deviation investigations, change controls, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and audits. The selected candidate will be integrated into one of our operational divisions: Q&C Services or QCR.

The Lead/Senior Consultant will be responsible for establishing comprehensive project plans, overseeing compliance initiatives, evaluating data, communicating progress milestones, completing designated tasks, developing necessary documentation, conducting audits, releasing products, and facilitating audits. Ideal candidates should possess between 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of importation processes
  • Overseeing change management protocols
  • Conducting deviation investigations
  • Reviewing batch records and managing lot releases
  • Responding to Health Canada audit inquiries
  • Performing stability reviews
