Role Summary

As a Principal Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing project implementations. Your expertise will be crucial in collaborating with clients and integration partners to provide architectural guidance and design for Case Management solutions utilizing the Cúram Social Program Management (SPM) platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive project implementations with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Engage closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Lead architectural discussions and design processes for Case Management systems.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of hands-on experience in application design and development.
  • 4-8 years of expertise in delivering Curam SPM services, including batch processing, online services, rules, workflows, and web services.
  • Proficient in Java/J2EE/JEE development, with strong skills in JDBC, SQL, XML, XSL, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with EJB, RSA, UNIX, NT operating systems, and databases such as Oracle or DB2.
  • At least 1 year of experience in modern UI/UX design and user research practices.
  • Familiarity with UML and strong team leadership capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% annually.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering field.
  • Experience in data architecture and governance best practices, particularly in health and human services.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies and application delivery on platforms such as AWS, Azure, and IBM Cloud.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD and integration tooling.
  • Experience with containerization technologies like Kubernetes and Helm charts.
  • Agile Scrum Master experience is a plus.
  • Multilingual abilities, particularly in English and French, are advantageous.
