Reservations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reservations Supervisor to join our team at Spirit Ridge Owner Association. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Reservations Management: Manage and coordinate room reservations, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of guest requests.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and train a team of front desk staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Operational Efficiency: Maintain accurate records, manage inventory, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Outlook.
