Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reservations Supervisor to join our team at Spirit Ridge Owner Association. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the reservations process, ensuring seamless guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reservations Coordination: Coordinate and manage reservations for guests, ensuring accurate and timely processing of requests.
  • Guest Services: Provide exceptional guest service, responding to inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train a team of reservations staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent guest service.
  • Operational Efficiency: Maintain accurate records, manage inventory, and ensure efficient use of resources to minimize costs and maximize guest satisfaction.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with guests, staff, and management to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Outlook.
  • Certifications: Criminal record check required.
