Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Development: Provide continuous feedback and coaching to Store Teams using Store Force Reporting, Daily Huddles, and formal performance evaluation programs.

- Training and Development: Create development plans and conduct annual appraisals for Part Time staff members; support and coach to improve any performance gaps.
- Community Engagement: Sponsor and encourage support for community engagement efforts and maintain our performance management expectations.
