Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Department Coordinator to join our team at Pro Hockey Life. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our visual compliance standards, store maintenance, and pricing standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute PHL's Brand Purpose to the highest capability
  • Protect Company Assets and uphold all Company & Business Compliance expectations
  • Partner with local MHA's as a Community Ambassador
  • Provide continuous feedback and coaching to Store Teams using Store Force Reporting, Daily Huddles, and formal performance evaluation programs
  • Complete weekly price sweeps and pricing audits to ensure 100% compliance with PHL audit
  • Follow and ensure compliance of all corporate LP, Cash, and Store Audit Compliance, and OH&S policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Organized individual with an understanding of compliance management
  • Superior training and coaching skills
  • Previous retail management experience is an asset
  • Flexible Scheduling
  • First-Class Training Platforms
