Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Wendy's Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of employees to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and employee development.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Manage labor costs, inventory, and other expenses to achieve profitability.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees to improve performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- 2+ years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and improving customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
