Dean of Business and Hospitality

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary leader to serve as the Dean of our School of Business and Hospitality. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for providing academic and administrative leadership to our faculty and staff, as well as developing and implementing strategic plans to position our school as a prominent institution in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide academic and administrative leadership to faculty and staff
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to position the school as a prominent institution
  • Ensure that programs are appropriately integrated with community and business organizations
  • Contribute to the development of college policies and operating procedures
  • Chair cross-college committees and support the senior management team
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in business or a related field, PhD preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of senior-level leadership and management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to provide academic leadership and develop high-performing teams
  • Superior organizational, planning, and financial management skills
