Job Title: Compensation and Benefits Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Coordinator to join our team at League, Inc. This role is responsible for coordinating the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals, planning and controlling budget and expenditures, and implementing and evaluating human resources policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate HR activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures for HR department
  • Develop and implement human resources policies and programs
  • Review HR projects for compliance with laws and regulations
  • Advise managers and employees on HR policies and benefit programs
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Oversee classification and rating of occupations
  • Research and prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scales
  • Administer benefit employment equity and other HR programs
  • Oversee analysis of employee data and information
  • Research employee benefits and health and safety practices and recommend changes
  • Prepare reports and respond to employee questions and complaints
  • Liaise with management, union officials, and HR consultants
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
