Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Completing and maintaining training and certification for all products serviced.
  • Meeting service repair and preventative maintenance requirements to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Responding to customer needs in alignment with contractual obligations.
  • Installing, repairing, and maintaining various equipment in the field, including electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Providing customer training as necessary.
  • Documenting all maintenance and repair activities promptly.
  • Managing parts ordering and repair cycles efficiently.
  • Preparing detailed reports as required.
  • Ensuring tools and equipment are well-maintained and calibrated.
  • Assessing performance based on field support data.
  • Submitting expense reports in a timely manner.
  • Offering technical support to customers and fellow service professionals.
  • Maintaining clear and effective communication with all stakeholders.
  • Implementing cost control measures wherever possible.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.

Qualifications:
Education: An Associate's Degree or relevant trade certification in electrical, electronic, or mechanical fields, or equivalent military training is preferred.

Experience: A minimum of three years of hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repairing electrical and electronic systems is required.

Skills:
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach are essential. Candidates must be willing to travel on short notice.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, push/pull up to 200 lbs, and maneuver equipment weighing up to 1000 lbs with assistance. The role may involve working in various physical positions and environments.

Work Environment:
This position primarily involves off-site work at customer locations, including ports, airports, and other facilities, often in outdoor conditions.
