Velan is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Montreal, QC. As a key member of our After-Market Services team, you will play a critical role in providing technical support to our customers and end-users. Your expertise will be essential in resolving technical challenges, managing technical files, and virtually supporting technicians during on-site work. If you have a strong background in technical support and customer service, and are proficient in MS Office Suite, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide technical support to customers and end-users, resolving issues from low to medium complexity
* Manage and coordinate the resolution of technical challenges
* Create and manage technical files in our after-market database software
* Virtually support technicians during on-site work
* Engage with subcontractors for technical files

**Requirements:**

* Engineering-related education an asset
* Experience in technical support and/or customer service
* Experience in the valve industry is an asset
* Efficiency in MS Office Suite
* Good computer skills
* Bilingual (English and French)
* ERP experience an asset
* Strong customer service skills
* Ability to read and understand technical drawings
* Good mechanical/spatial visualization
