About the Role

CASA, a leading Quebec family business, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Eastern Ontario. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales volume growth and prioritizing customer satisfaction in the Eastern Ontario region.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct business development for the Eastern Ontario territory, primarily on the road, to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Visit customers and prospects to showcase CASA's products and services, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and preferences.
  • Prepare and submit proposals, as well as monitor the progress of work with clients, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales service to customers, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales development, preferably in the agricultural industry.
  • Advanced spoken and written English language skills (mandatory), with French/English bilingualism being an asset.
  • Autonomy, proactivity, resourcefulness, and a strong sense of initiative to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Team spirit, excellent organizational and time management skills, and a focus on results and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a deep understanding of the agricultural environment and grain storage and transportation equipment (an asset).
