Job Title: Area Sales Manager, Eastern Canada

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Eastern Canada. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and sustain current and future strategic sales direction
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team
  • Provide coaching and guidance to sales team members
  • Maintain strategic relationships with key customers and partners
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity
  • Make decisions on project pricing and resource allocation
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior leadership

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in the IT industry
  • Proven track record of sales leadership and team management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
