About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Eastern Ontario. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales volume growth and prioritizing customer satisfaction in the Eastern Ontario region.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct business development for the Eastern Ontario territory, primarily on the road
  • Visit existing customers and potential customers to showcase CASA products
  • Prepare submissions and monitor the progress of work with clients
  • Ensure impeccable after-sales service for customers

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales development
  • Advanced spoken and written English (mandatory) and ideally French/English bilingualism (advantage)
  • Autonomy, proactivity, resourcefulness, and sense of initiative
  • Team spirit, very good level of organization and time management
  • Perseverance, focus on results, and customer satisfaction
  • Strong skills in communication and building relationships with customers
  • Very good knowledge of Eastern Ontario and/or residence in an area close to Ontario or in Ontario (advantage)
  • Knowledge of the agricultural environment and/or grain storage and transportation equipment (advantage)
  • Sales experience on the road (advantage)
