Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in South West Ontario. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the customer relationship in a specific sales area, promoting Radwell's repair, surplus, distribution product and asset recovery services daily.
Key Responsibilities- Manage sales activities for specific assigned territory, working closely with all staff to oversee the sales function and position products and services to achieve maximum sales potential.
- Respond to requests, inquiries, and complaints, ensuring maximum goodwill from all transactions.
- Analyze market statistics to develop sales campaigns and create sales quotas.
- Negotiate and implement agreements, preparing reports for management and customers.
- Establish sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives.
- Recommend product lines by identifying new product opportunities, surveying consumer needs and trends, and tracking competitors.
- Sales or customer relationship building experience.
- Comfortable interacting with a variety of people and environments.
- Goal-oriented and a team player with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Clean driving record and knowledge of the geographical area is a plus.
