About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at T&Z Consulting Limited. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the daily operations of our office and ensuring the smooth execution of our business activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Direct and control daily office operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain a high level of productivity and quality in our office.
  • Record Keeping: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Recruitment and Scheduling: Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies, and schedule and confirm appointments as needed.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts and agreements, ensuring that all terms and conditions are met.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Bookkeeping and Administration: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, maintain accurate financial records, and provide administrative support as needed.
Technical Requirements
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics NAV, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, Adobe Photoshop, and Google Drive.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
