About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team at Sahara Courtyard Inn (1995) Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to drive hotel operations and improve efficiency
  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of staff to deliver exceptional guest service
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to staff to ensure they meet performance expectations
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best rates and services for the hotel
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase hotel occupancy and revenue
  • Oversee maintenance activities to ensure the hotel's facilities are well-maintained and meet health and safety standards
  • Address guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Establish work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet guest demand
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient operations
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in hotel management, preferably in a similar role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
