Job Title: Hotel Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team at Sahara Courtyard Inn (1995) Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Hotel Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the hotel, including daily operations, staff supervision, and customer service. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in hotel management and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations
  • Recruit and hire staff
  • Supervise staff and conduct performance reviews
  • Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies
  • Conduct training sessions and perform front desk duties
  • Implement marketing activities and arrange for and oversee maintenance activities
  • Enforce policies and procedures and address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Establish work schedules and organize and maintain inventory
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in hotel management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Client focus and excellent interpersonal skills
