Dishwasher Helper

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher Helper to join our team at 13219569 Canada Inc. as a key member of our kitchen staff.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dishroom and surrounding areas, maintaining a high standard of hygiene and sanitation.
- Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware, ensuring they are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
- Load and unload dishwashers, as well as wash and sanitize items by hand when necessary.
- Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, and ensure they are ready for use.
- Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
- Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and ensure the kitchen is kept clean and free of clutter.
- Assist with food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruit.
- Participate in cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
- Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work a 35-hour week.
This is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week. The language of work is English.
