About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Kitchen Helper at 2666445 Ontario Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education and Training: The successful candidate will have a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and be willing to undergo training to develop their skills.
  • Experience: No prior experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training to our team members.
Key Tasks
  • Table and Kitchen Maintenance: The Kitchen Helper will be responsible for clearing and cleaning tables, trays, and chairs, as well as sanitizing and washing dishes and other items by hand.
  • Dishwashing and Storage: The candidate will operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware, and place them in storage areas.
  • Food Preparation: The Kitchen Helper will prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Customer Service: The successful candidate will take customers' orders and provide excellent customer service.
  • Waste Management: The Kitchen Helper will remove kitchen garbage and trash, and ensure that the kitchen area is kept clean and tidy.
  • Equipment Maintenance: The candidate will sharpen kitchen knives and maintain the cleanliness of kitchen equipment.

  • Work Environment: The Kitchen Helper will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Transportation: Public transportation is available for our team members.
Personal Qualities and Suitability
  • Team Player: We are looking for a team player who is able to work collaboratively with our staff to provide excellent customer service.
  • Work Term and Hours: The successful candidate will work on a permanent basis, with a regular schedule of 35 hours per week.
