About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at Seoulicious. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining room.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces to maintain a high level of hygiene and food safety.
  • Dishwashing and Storage: Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware, and store them in designated areas.
  • Food Preparation: Assist with food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruit.
  • Stock Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Waste Management: Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and ensure that the kitchen is kept clean and tidy.
  • Floor Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Work Environment

As a Kitchen Helper at Seoulicious, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of physical activity. You will be required to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not necessary.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with a regular schedule.
