We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher Helper to join our team at 13219569 Canada Inc. as a key member of our kitchen staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dishroom and surrounding areas, maintaining a high standard of hygiene and sanitation.
  • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware, ensuring they are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
  • Load and unload dishwashers, as well as wash and sanitize items by hand when necessary.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, and ensure they are ready for use.
  • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and ensure the kitchen is kept clean and free of clutter.
  • Assist with food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruit.
  • Participate in cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
  • Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work a 35-hour week.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position, and the successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of physical activity.
