Job Title: Technical Support Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Supervisor to join our team at Caliph Digital Ltd.

Job Summary

The Technical Support Supervisor will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
  • Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong technical skills, including Linux, HTML, and JavaScript
