Job Title: Technical Support Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Supervisor to join our team at Caliph Digital Ltd.

Job Summary

The Technical Support Supervisor will be responsible for providing technical support to our users, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with other technical support team members to resolve complex issues
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
  • Participate in the design and implementation of new technical solutions
  • Supervise and mentor junior technical support team members
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technical trends and advancements
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong technical skills, including Linux, HTML, and JavaScript
  • Experience with Salesforce and MS Office
