About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Anokhi inspired indian cuisine. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring that our dishes are of the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Development

Develop and implement new menu ideas that showcase the flavors and spices of Indian cuisine.

Chef Management

Supervise and train a team of chefs to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.

Food Preparation and Presentation

Prepare and present high-quality dishes that meet the expectations of our customers.

Inventory Management

Manage the inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure that we have everything we need to prepare our dishes.

Quality Control

Ensure that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.

Requirements
  • Education

A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is required.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Hours

35 hours per week is required.
