We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Guest Services Attendant to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel Toronto. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage guest interactions, resolving issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Process guest arrivals and departures, ensuring accurate and efficient check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Assist with room assignments, key card distribution, and other front desk duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
