About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Guest Services Attendant to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel Toronto. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, responding to their needs and requests, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage guest interactions, resolving issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Process guest arrivals and departures, ensuring accurate and efficient check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Assist with room assignments, key card distribution, and other front desk duties as required.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues effectively.
