Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and timely communication to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Manage room and hospitality bookings, including setup and coordination
  • Assist with event planning and execution, including evening events
  • Deliver a high-quality electronic and hard copy file management service
  • Handle and administer closed files as requested
  • Sort, scan, rename, and distribute incoming mail
  • Provide photocopying, scanning, and printing services as needed
  • Collect and complete information for billing and client chargeback data
  • Accept requests from Fee Earners/PAs and notify them of estimated completion time
  • Handle incoming and outgoing deliveries via courier
  • Maintain the highest levels of customer service and professionalism
