Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Occasional Office Administrator/Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing administrative support in a school setting, including student registration and attendance data management.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date student files and records.
  • Providing reception services and responding to inquiries from students, parents, and staff.
  • Compiling and preparing reports, correspondence, and other administrative documents.
  • Assisting with staff and student attendance data, as well as preparing reports and correspondence.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Completion of an Ontario Secondary School Diploma.
  • One year college diploma in office administration or a related field.
  • One year of office experience required.
