About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Specialist to join our team in Ottawa. As a key member of our Field Sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating and nurturing relationships with Multi Dwelling Unit (MDU) property management and leasing staff, ensuring Rogers remains the go-to brand for prospective tenants and residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and nurture positive relationships with MDU property management and leasing staff
  • Organize exciting marketing events and selling programs through face-to-face or virtual interactions
  • Be the go-to advisor, applying a consultative approach to offering customized Rogers solutions
  • Share your insights on market trends to help us fine-tune our sales strategy
  • Continuously conduct business in alignment with the Rogers Business Code of Conduct
What You Bring
  • Proven ability to thrive in a sales environment, overcome objections, and work independently to achieve strategic goals
  • High motivation, excellent interpersonal, communication (both verbal and written), and presentation skills
  • Negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections with style
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet customer needs
  • Comfortable working in various weather conditions
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
