As a Territory Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for cultivating and nurturing positive relationships with Multi Dwelling Unit (MDU) property management and leasing staff, ensuring Rogers remains the go-to brand for prospective tenants and residents. You will also be responsible for organizing exciting marketing events and selling programs through face-to-face or virtual interactions.

We're looking for a sales professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication and negotiation skills, and is able to work independently to achieve strategic goals. Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and nurture positive relationships with MDU property management and leasing staff
  • Organize exciting marketing events and selling programs through face-to-face or virtual interactions
  • Be the go-to advisor, applying a consultative approach to offering customized Rogers solutions
  • Share your insights on market trends to help us fine-tune our sales strategy
  • Continuously conduct business in alignment with the Rogers Business Code of Conduct
Requirements:
  • Proven ability to thrive in a sales environment, overcome objections, and work independently to achieve strategic goals
  • High motivation, excellent interpersonal, communication (both verbal and written), and presentation skills
  • Negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections with style
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet customer needs
  • Comfortable working in various weather conditions
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
