Financial Planning and Analysis Director

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Director to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis function, working closely with regional business partners to drive business growth and improve financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement financial planning and analysis strategies to support business initiatives and drive financial performance.
  2. Lead the design and reporting of key performance indicators for worldwide sales, ensuring accurate and timely data-driven insights.
  3. Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Finance, and other functions to provide marketing analytics and solutions to identify and evaluate opportunities to transform the business.
  4. Drive high-impact strategic and operational initiatives, delivering business analytics and insights to support decision making related to unit economics, customer acquisition, operations, core business expansion, and new opportunities.
  5. Help drive the company's annual planning and budgeting process, long-term plan, and overall financial model.
  6. Apply a data-driven analytical approach to influence decision making and support company leadership in evaluating strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, or Analytics/Statistics required. Graduate degree preferred. 15 years of experience in corporate/strategic finance in publicly traded companies with high-level knowledge in commercial operations. CFA certification with sell-side or buy-side experience analyzing tools and diagnostics companies. Demonstrated ability in effectively partnering with senior management leaders on financial planning, strategic business plans, and execution.
