Director, Finance, Planning and Analysis

Manulife is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our finance, planning, and analysis team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead a team of financial analysts and planners to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to senior leadership to inform business decisions.
  • Manage and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to think strategically and make informed business decisions.
