Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Force Effectiveness Strategy Analyst to join our Business Intelligence & Salesforce Effectiveness team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of Mitsubishi HC Capital America's Sales Force Effectiveness strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support business leadership in developing and executing sales growth strategies, including organic growth initiatives identification and performance monitoring.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to define and execute sales growth strategies, including organizational structure, go-to-market approach, KPIs, headcount needs, training needs, etc.
  • Support sales teams in preparing presentations for strategic meetings with partners, including OEMs, dealers, etc.
  • Deliver commercial excellence in the pipeline, forecast, and reporting by providing analytics and insights to sales leadership, resulting in meaningful improvement in segment-level Sales Force Effectiveness KPIs.
  • Support sales teams in technology adoption and optimization (CRM, Power BI) to streamline and optimize the sales process, improving effectiveness, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Support the executive team in pursuing strategic organic growth opportunities.
  • Identify and evaluate organic market expansion opportunities via economic, financial, and industry analysis, consistent with MHCA's strategy; prepare HQ white papers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, business intelligence, strategy, finance, or a related field.
  • Master's degree in business strategy/business intelligence (an asset).
  • 3 years of experience in business strategy or combined with finance, with a strong background in sales strategy and execution.
  • Bilingual (English and French) to serve partners from all provinces.
  • Knowledge of Sales Force and Power BI (an asset).
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (mostly PowerPoint and Excel).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and deliver presentations to senior management.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to work with large cross-functional teams.
  • Leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize information and develop strategic frameworks to facilitate decision-making.
