POSITION SUMMARY
As a vital member of the Sales & Marketing team, you will perform essential administrative tasks to facilitate smooth operations. Your responsibilities will include organizing sales documentation throughout the sales cycle, such as proposals and contracts, while promoting the brand's image both internally and externally.
Key duties involve gathering and assembling informational materials, including brochures and promotional content, to enhance sales efforts. You will utilize effective sales techniques to optimize revenue while ensuring guest loyalty to Marriott.
In this role, you will enter, retrieve, and verify data related to commissions, leads, and third-party interactions using relevant software. You will also respond to guest inquiries regarding property services, including operational hours, rates, and special events.

- Adhere to company policies and maintain a professional appearance.
- Ensure confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
- Provide exceptional service by welcoming and acknowledging all guests, anticipating their needs, and expressing gratitude.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues and clients, preparing accurate written documents.
- Foster positive working relationships and support team objectives.
- Comply with quality assurance standards and expectations.
- Perform physical tasks such as moving and handling objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: A minimum of one year in a related role.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.
Licenses or Certifications: None required.
