The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for executing general administrative tasks to assist the Sales & Marketing department. The individual will utilize effective sales strategies to enhance revenue while fostering guest loyalty. Responsibilities include entering, retrieving, reconciling, and verifying sales-related information within relevant software systems. The Sales Support Specialist will also address inquiries from clients regarding property services, including operational hours, pricing, and special offerings.

Adherence to company policies and procedures is essential, ensuring a professional appearance and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. The role requires welcoming and acknowledging all guests according to established standards, anticipating their needs, and expressing gratitude for their patronage.

Effective communication is key; the specialist must engage with colleagues and clients using clear and professional language, ensuring accuracy in written documents and proper telephone etiquette. Building and maintaining positive relationships with team members is crucial for achieving collective goals and addressing concerns.

Compliance with quality assurance standards is expected. The role may involve physical tasks such as moving and handling objects weighing up to 10 pounds. Additional responsibilities may be assigned by supervisors as needed.
