Main Responsibilities:- Leadership: Collaborate with physicians and staff to foster a culture of teamwork and continuous quality improvement, addressing professional medical practice issues and ensuring effective governance.
- Operations & Quality: Develop and implement processes to engage physicians and staff in quality improvement initiatives, monitor team performance, and make data-driven decisions to optimize service delivery.
- Change Management: Champion change management efforts, supporting physicians and staff through transitions and ensuring a smooth adoption of new technologies and processes.
- Informatics: Lead the team in advancing technology and data use to enhance service delivery, working closely with the Quality Systems team to leverage electronic health records (EHRs).
- Planning: Assess and prioritize team resource needs, working with medical and administrative leaders to ensure effective resource allocation and strategic planning.
