We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team at SUNLE NAIL BAR AND SPA. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our nail salon, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of nail technicians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Operations
    • Schedule work for nail technicians to ensure efficient use of time and resources
    • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the salon
  • Customer Service
    • Assist clients with special needs and provide exceptional customer service
    • Be the point of contact for emergency situations and handle them in a professional manner
  • Team Leadership
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of nail technicians
    • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit progress reports and other administrative tasks
    • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
