Nail Salon Supervisor Job Description

SUNLE NAIL BAR AND SPA is seeking a skilled Nail Salon Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our nail salon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our salon, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of nail technicians.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule Work: Plan and coordinate the work schedule for our nail technicians to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
  • Client Support: Assist clients with special needs, providing personalized attention and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Emergency Situations: Serve as the point of contact for emergency situations, handling them promptly and professionally.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper functioning of computer equipment and machinery, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Quality Control: Monitor quality and production levels, making adjustments as needed to maintain high standards.
  • Cleaning and Organization: Oversee the cleaning of specialty and difficult items, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit progress reports, providing valuable insights to management.
  • Supply Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of our nail technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
Supervision

As a Nail Salon Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a team of 11-15 nail technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
