Overview

At Exacta Interpreting Inc, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities

* Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
* Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and candidates
* Answer telephone calls and relay messages to the relevant staff members
* Respond to electronic inquiries from clients and candidates
* Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
* Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures
* Greet clients and direct them to the relevant service areas
* Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
* Recruit and hire staff members

Requirements

* 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
* College diploma or equivalent experience
* Strong computer and technology skills, including MS Office
