We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reservations Supervisor to join our team at New Pioneer Travel. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity and meet business objectives.
- Perform same duties as workers supervised to maintain a hands-on approach and ensure high-quality work.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on key performance indicators and operational metrics.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Assist clients/guests with special needs to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience.
- Co-ordinate, assign and review work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies to maintain a skilled and motivated team.
- Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Supervise a team of 5-10 people to provide guidance and support in their roles.
- Work Term: Permanent with a regular 40-hour workweek.
- Work Language: English with opportunities to work with diverse clients and guests.
