About the Role

Culligan 507ON is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, analyzing their water quality needs, and providing solutions to address and improve their specific needs.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze customers' current water quality and offer tailored solutions to address and improve specific needs
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers
  • Communicate effectively with management, service/installation teams, and customer service departments
  • Identify and pursue additional business opportunities to support the dealership
  • Provide regular sales updates and activity reports
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Valid driver's license
  • Three years of sales experience preferred, but not required
  • Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
