Role Overview: As a Technology Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the customer experience on the retail floor. Your passion for technology will drive you to continuously expand your knowledge and share your expertise with your team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in achieving their working and learning objectives by providing insights on the latest technology products, services, and trends.
  • Lead sales initiatives within the technology and workspace departments, fostering a culture of success among associates to meet and exceed targets.
  • Prepare detailed quotes for technology systems and related products as needed.
  • Provide support across various store areas to meet business demands, including Tech Services.
  • Communicate effectively with store leadership regarding sales performance, inventory status, and product-related issues.
  • Operate cash registers, adhere to loss prevention protocols, and maintain cleanliness and standards in your assigned departments.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in technology sales is essential.
  • A background in a technical field through post-secondary education is preferred.
  • Demonstrated technology proficiency.
  • Health and dental benefits are provided.
  • Physical tasks may include moving freight using ladders and stock pickers.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
