Position: Head Dispatcher

Salary: $27.50 hourly / 30 hours per week

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated individual with a secondary school graduation certificate to oversee our dispatch operations. The ideal candidate will have experience ranging from 7 months to less than a year in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit detailed reports on operational activities.
  • Recruit, hire, and train new staff members.
  • Conduct performance evaluations for team members.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review daily tasks and responsibilities.
  • Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Establish effective work schedules and procedures.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee the logistics operations of the company.

Supervision: You will be responsible for supervising a small team of 1 to 2 individuals.

Work Environment:

  • Ability to work under pressure is essential.
