We are seeking a skilled Pizza Chef to join our team at Firehall Pizza Co. as a key member of our kitchen staff.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, including pizzas, to a high standard.
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
- Order supplies and equipment, maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Clean kitchen and work areas, adhering to health and safety standards.
We are looking for someone with a passion for Italian cuisine and a strong background in food preparation. As a Pizza Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious pizzas and other dishes that meet our high standards.
Work EnvironmentYou will be working in a fast-paced environment, often standing for extended periods. You must be able to work under pressure, maintain attention to detail, and be physically demanding.
Requirements- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a client-focused attitude.
- Dependability, flexibility, and initiative are essential.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic are required.
We offer a competitive salary, health care plan, and a permanent position with 35 to 40 hours of work per week. The language of work is English, and you will be working in a rural area with a restaurant and bar setting.
