Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead our project management office (PMO) team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering a portfolio of projects executed by a hybrid workforce of both FEI employees and contractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Integrate into the PMO team and develop a strong understanding of Fortis Energy Inc.'s (FEI) core business and the Interior capital sustainment project portfolio.
  • Assume responsibility for delivering a portfolio of projects, including resource planning, risk assessment, and operational/project controls.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to your team, focusing on project quality, schedule, and cost.
  • Contribute to the successful resolution of problems and challenges to meet project goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • 8-12 years of related experience in a leadership capacity in construction project management.
  • PMP designation is a strong asset.
  • Results-driven with an incredible ability to problem-solve and make informed decisions.
  • Strong leadership skills, including coaching and motivating teams.
  • Natural ability to drive and implement change through planning and execution while keeping the customer experience in mind.
