Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Salesforce Business Analyst to enhance our Salesforce platform utilized by a diverse range of users globally. This role is crucial in ensuring the seamless integration and extension of our existing systems to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide efficient technical support for multiple Salesforce instances.
  • Address user inquiries and issues daily, offering solutions and workarounds to facilitate business operations.
  • Translate user requirements into comprehensive system specifications and documentation.
  • Define systems scope and objectives, ensuring alignment with user needs and industry standards.
  • Participate in application walkthroughs throughout various project phases.
  • Deliver holistic solutions and assist in detailing business requirements.
  • Engage actively in the systems implementation process, understanding change management protocols.
  • Manage the JIRA ticketing system, ensuring clarity in the Definition of Ready and Definition of Done.
  • Conduct testing of business requirements prior to user acceptance testing (UAT) phases.
  • Serve as the primary contact for administrative issues related to JIRA.

Qualifications:

  • Strong grasp of IT practices and systems development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Familiarity with release change management processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
  • Knowledge of SQL databases, with the ability to create and execute queries.
  • Experience with ticket tracking systems like JIRA.
  • A degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Technology) or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification as a Salesforce administrator or developer.
  • Experience with programming languages such as PL/SQL, UNIX, JAVA, XML, HTML, or Visual Basic.
  • Technical support experience from a service desk environment.
  • Familiarity with release change management tools.
